Once an order is placed, you cannot make changes.

Warranty
We offer a 1-year warranty that covers normal product use; if you believe your product is defective within the first year of purchase please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Shipping
Everywhere in the continental US (we do not currently ship to Hawaii and Alaska).
We are not able to ship to PO Boxes.
Orders generally ship from our facility the next business day after an order is placed; transit time will vary based on carriers and demand. Please note that shipping times may be delayed during holidays and other key seasons.
Returns

Returns take 48 hours to process.
Product Care
Use care to ensure the product is off and/or unplugged and not hot. Wipe parts gently with a clean, dry cloth (do not spray cleaning solutions or water directly onto the fixture, or use a damp cloth).
