Can I change my order after I have placed it?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

What payments do you accept?

We accept credit cards.

Do you carry replacement parts?

What do I do if I have received the wrong order?

Though this is rare, if your order arrives and is incorrect, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.

What do I do if I am missing parts?

In the event that your order arrives with missing parts, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.

A product shows as out of stock or low stock - how can I check current or future availability?

While we do periodically discontinue products, some may only be out-of-stock for a short period until additional supply arrives. If you have questions about current or future inventory of a product, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at +1 (888) 807-5218 or info@finicitydecor.com.

What is your warranty?

We offer a 1-year warranty that covers normal product use; if you believe your product is defective within the first year of purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.

Where do you ship?

Everywhere in the continental US (we do not currently ship to Hawaii and Alaska).

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We are not able to ship to PO Boxes.

How long does it take for orders to ship?

Orders generally ship from our facility the next business day after an order is placed; transit time will vary based on carries and demand. Please note that shipping times may be delayed during holidays and other key seasons.

How do I make a return and what is your return policy?

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns take 48 hours to process.

How do I clean my fixture?

Use care to ensure the product is off and/or unplugged and not hot. Wipe parts gently with a clean, dry cloth (do not spray cleaning solutions or water directly onto the fixture, or use a damp cloth).
